Division:

Digital Solutions – This division of BNC Publishing is in charge of creating and implementing media/communication solutions by producing engaging and creative ideas, acquiring sponsorships, selling advertising and developing partnerships. 

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and well-organized professional with a business-creative mindset to create, develop and curate ideas related to media and communications objectives of our clients.
Having a consultative approach is one of the most important aspects of this role. The ideal candidate needs to understand the needs of the market, identify those needs and creative customized solutions for clients. Understanding who to approach with the right idea and plan is an integral part of this role; The solutions created need to match the clients’ exact communications objectives.
Critical thinking and understanding the latest market trends and creative ideas is essential for this role as well.
The ideal candidate needs to be very organized and have a go-to-market mindset. The candidate should also maintain a healthy, positive and growing pipeline to meet the KPIs and targets set for the quarter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing the best-in-class media solutions specifically tailored to the clients needs 
  • Sourcing potential clients, pitching, client servicing and business development for all matters related to Entrepreneur media 
  • The ideal candidate should oversee the delivery of partnership agreement set with the clients to make sure they’re aligned with the objectives set.
  • Creating and maintaining a clean an updated database of key potential clients.
  • Effectively communicating with potential companies on the value proposition of Entrepreneur digital solutions.  
  • Effectively communicating with internal departments including creative, editorial, research and other stakeholders to pitch and deliver the project. 
  • Managing expectations of management and clients for project timeline delivery. 
  • Assist with setting timelines and scoping out the media projects. 
  • Assist with creating presentations and media solutions for clients.

Knowledge/experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in media sales/media solutions (digital solutions, event
  • sponsorships, outdoor advertising and more)
  • Great understanding of communications/media industry
  • Very digitally savvy and familiar with the latest digital media and business media
  • platforms
  • Understanding of the media landscape in the region
  • Great presentational skills including MS PowerPoint, Canva and Excel
